Schedule & Budget
Objective: This one-year long campaign has been broken down into three phases, pre-launch, launch, and post-launch. Throughout the different phases, different mediums will be used to promote different values of this campaign and reach goals. During pre-launch, social media posts on Instagram will be posted, billboards and outdoor advertising will be leveraged, and packaging promotion will be implemented. During launch period, in-store promotion, TV advertising, and social media marketing will be implemented. During the last stage, the post-launch period, email marketing and social media marketing will be implemented. The post-launch period will include evaluation of the campaign's success.

Budget Breakdown
Social media: Social media marketing approach is to spend $200 to $350 per day on social media advertisements. That works out to $6000 to $10,500 each month or $72,000 to $126,000 per year. Monthly social advertising expenditure of $500. That $500 monthly budget comprises $350 for advertising, $100 for creative materials, and $50 for digital marketing software. This totals to $138,000 on social media advertising.
Email marketing: On this campaign, we will spend $1,000 on email marketing (depending on the platform and number of subscribers). Alternatively, if we use an agency, it may cost us $300 to $500.
Event Stands budget: These stands will have activities, games, and competitions for people to participate in and get a chance to win prizes such as dettol products, a photo with a football player, signed merchandise, and the budget allocation for advertising dettol will be $2,500,000.
Billboards: For the traditional and the digital billboard ads with interactive games will be costing $700,000, to promote this campaign.
Branding: $220,000 would be the budget that will be spent for marketing dettol at the public places, for items being given away during events, stands, the mobile application, and gifts, Dettol will create its own branded items as a way of promotion.
AI application: This game “mini world cup tournament” will be launched during the pre-launch and the budgeting allocated for this media vehicle would be $400,000.
TVC: During the FIFA world cup, we will be broadcasting through different channels worldwide and the cost analyzed will be $700,000
Our total budget for this campaign will be an estimated $4,700,000.
